Ensure peace of mind when you reserve your activity by opting for our cancellation insurance.

Are you forced to cancel your tandem flight or your paragliding course? Cancelling your activity can be very expensive, and because emergencies and life’s hazards are never predictable, we offer you insurance to help you deal with unexpected situations.

By taking our insurance with Meetch, you can expect to be reimbursed 100% of the amount of your paragliding activity reservation (subject to acceptance of the claim). There is not even any excess to pay in the event of a reimbursement request!

Remember if Flyeo cancels your activity due to weather you will get a full refund, but if you cancel for any reason you must go through Meetch.

Examples of events covered by the cancellation insurance (upon presentation of proof):

  • Serious health issue, accident, death
  • Serious damage to your primary or secondary residence
  • Serious damage to your vehicle
  • Transport accident or breakdown
  • Visa refusal
  • Furlough
  • Change of holiday dates by employer

What to do if you need to cancel?

  • You must let us know by sending us an email that you are cancelling your session and dealing with Meetch. We will not do the claim for you.
  • You must contact Meetch by email within 5 working days to make a claim (see below).

En cas de difficultés, nous vous invitons à privilégier les deux modes de contact ci-dessous, afin d’optimiser le traitement de votre dossier :

Pensez à rassembler les informations suivantes qui vous seront demandées lors de votre appel :

● Le numéro de votre contrat,
● Vos nom et prénom,
● L’adresse de votre domicile,
● Le numéro de téléphone où nous pouvons vous joindre,
● Le motif de votre déclaration.

Lors du premier appel, un numéro de dossier d’assurance vous sera communiqué. Le rappeler systématiquement, lors de toutes relations ultérieures avec le Service Assurance.
