How has Flyeo adapted to COVID restrictions? Our barrier actions.

Attentive to the current situation, our team will wear a mask to welcome you to our locals. We disinfect the common areas at least twice a day.

We provide hand sanitizer for the shuttle service, and masks must always be worn.

Our paragliding equipment, such as helmets and harnesses, are disinfected after each flight.

Hydroalcoholic gel is available at the shop reception.

What are our cancellation policies?

Cancellation by Flyeo:

Paragliding is a free flight activity, so we are dependent on the weather. It is possible that the flight will be postponed or cancelled depending on the forecasted conditions.

In this case, we will call the passenger to find an agreement to move the flight. In this case, the deposit will be refunded.

Flyeo reserves the right to cancel the flight up to the last moment in case of force majeure, beyond our control and for safety reasons by decision of a member of staff.

Cancellation by the passenger:

All cancellations by the customer must be notified in advance in writing or by telephone:

In case of cancellation more than 7 working days before the scheduled date of the service, the deposit will be returned with a deduction of 5 euros for administration costs.

Between 7 and 3 working days before the date, 50% of the deposit will be retained.

Less than 3 working days before the date, 100% of the deposit will be retained.

Less than 24 hours and the full amount of the flight will be due and payable.

How does my first paragliding experience work?

Once you have booked your flight on our website, by email or by phone, we will propose a date and time adapted to your flight.

Meet us 15 minutes before the scheduled time, then leave by shuttle bus with your instructor in the direction of the Col de la Forclaz, in the commune of Montmin.

Flying over the mountains, the lake, strong sensations on demand, in short an exceptional adventure awaits you!

The official landing area of Doussard is right next to our school.

In July / August: Parking at the Doussard landing area, next to the multipurpose hall (Route de la Plaine – 74210 Doussard).

Spring / Autumn: parking at our place, Flyeo at 400 Route du Pont Monnet – 74210 Doussard, almost opposite to the landing area!

Duration of the rotation: 1 hour (journey, preparation and flight), except for the Prestige Tandem 1h30

Why train with Flyeo?

What happens when the weather is bad?

Generally, we advise you the day before the first day of training the feasibility of it.

You will be notified by email or phone at that time.

If however despite our precautions a day is not “flyable”, we will offer ground handling sessions or theoretical courses according to your experience. This day will be charged for.

What equipment do I need to bring to Flyeo?

We lend all the equiptment during the initiation and advancedcourses (wing, harness, reserve, helmet, radio).

For other courses, you must come with your usual equipment. However, if some of your equipment is defective, we will be able to rent replacement equipment to you (10€/day).

What types of reserve parachutes do you accept?

We accept all types of reserve parachutes and all possible assemblies, as long as we feel it is safe!

So you can come with your round reserve, square reserve, rogallo or BASE rig if your equipment is in good condition and you know how to use it.
